Slow Food breakfast
A Slow Food breakfast with us is more than just the start of the day — it is a piece of lived regionality and closeness to nature. The fine taste of our organic meadow milk, drawn from the Lesachtal mountain slopes and species-rich natural meadows, speaks of fresh mountain herbs, lush grasses and fragrant meadow flowers.
Ten dairy cows share around 10 hectares of untouched mountain pasture and, kept organically and with care, deliver milk of the highest quality. We would like to bring that natural richness closer to you over an enjoyable Slow Food breakfast: a generous spread at our ample buffet, filled largely with our own produce — honest, fresh and made with a great deal of heart.

The taste of organic meadow milk
High up on the Lesachtal mountain slopes, surrounded by bracing mountain air and flowering natural meadows, our organic meadow milk comes into being. Ten cows enjoy fresh grass, aromatic mountain herbs and plenty of movement here at 1,100 m above sea level — the basis for milk of the highest quality and a full, rounded taste.
With us you can experience that special origin: from breakfast with the farm's own specialities to a tour of the farm and a barefoot walk across our species-rich mountain meadows.
